Job Overview

Emagine Solutions FZE is looking for an experienced and professional General Manager – Contract Logistics to lead large-scale warehousing and 3PL logistics operations in Dubai, UAE.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for full operational performance, customer management, profitability, warehouse operations, and business growth. Candidates with strong experience in contract logistics, supply chain management, and multi-site warehouse operations are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership of the Contract Logistics business
  • Manage revenue, gross margin, budgeting, and cost control
  • Lead day-to-day warehousing and fulfilment operations
  • Handle inbound, outbound, inventory, labeling, kitting, returns, and rework operations
  • Ensure service delivery meets SLA and KPI targets
  • Monitor OTIF, productivity, inventory accuracy, HSE, and operational performance
  • Drive continuous improvement and productivity programs
  • Manage enterprise-level customer relationships
  • Handle escalations, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Lead workforce planning and leadership development
  • Build a high-performance and accountable work culture
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, security, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with commercial and solutions teams on tenders and pricing
  • Lead contract mobilisations, transitions, and operational changes

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in Contract Logistics or 3PL warehousing operations
  • Previous experience as:
    • General Manager
    • Operations Director
    • Site Director
  • Strong P&L management experience
  • Strong commercial and operational knowledge
  • Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations
  • Ability to improve KPIs and operational performance
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Experience handling SLA-driven contracts
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience managing large operational teams and workforce
  • Good understanding of WMS-driven operations
  • Experience in forecasting and operational reporting
  • Middle East experience is an advantage
  • Open to relocation to Dubai, UAE
